Injured as a result of sub-standard medical treatment? One call can make all the difference.

Medical negligence

Even doctors sometimes make mistakes.

Each year, roughly 140,000 Aussie patients are misdiagnosed by their doctor — 15% of which result in serious harm to the patient. That’s not to mention the human error that sometimes occurs in prescribing treatment or conducting surgery too.

For most, those mistakes are minor and quickly rectified. But for some, the resulting injuries can significantly impact their quality of life.

That is where Nikolovski Lawyers can help.

How can we help?

At Nikolovski Lawyers, we believe that a medical practitioner’s negligence should never cost you. For 25 years, our specialist team of medical negligence lawyers in Wollongong have proudly fought for that right.

Don’t wait to claim

It’s important to know that there are time limits to make a claim.

Generally, legal proceedings must commence within three years of your date of injury, so please don’t hesitate in reaching out to us for help.

If it’s been more than three years since your injury, you should still get in touch! It’s less likely that your claim will be accepted, but time limits can be extended with good reason and the court’s approval. Your initial consultation is free, so there’s never any harm in getting some advice.
