A key figure in the establishment of Nikolovski Lawyers in 1998, Sonja is the most experienced Immigration Lawyer in the Illawarra and a highly respected specialist in migration law. Her expertise in this specialised area of law ensures that she is often sought out by clients from across the world.

Sonja also has a strong practice in the area of property transactions, administrative law, and superannuation claims.

Sonja holds a Law Degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a degree in Social Work from the University of New South Wales.

After working at some of Sydney’s most prominent firms, gaining invaluable experience in commercial and property transactions, she moved to Wollongong to continue her career and build the Nikolovski brand.

Sonja has ties with various community and social groups and is passionate about education. This is evident in how she raises her own children, as well as through the work she does to help students with mock trials and mentoring.
