Sonja is a solicitor in the immigration team at Nikolovski Lawyers.

A founding member of Nikolovski Lawyers, Sonja is the most experienced immigration lawyer in the Illawarra and a highly respected authority in migration law. Her deep expertise in this specialised field sees her regularly sought out by clients from around the world.


In addition to her work in immigration, Sonja maintains a strong practice in property transactions and administrative law.

Sonja holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Work giving her a unique blend of legal and human insight. Sonja is also a Public Notary.

Sonja began her legal career at a leading Sydney’s firm, gaining invaluable experience in commercial and property matters. She later relocated to Wollongong to continue her legal journey and establish the Nikolovski Lawyers brand.

Deeply connected to the community, Sonja is passionate about education and youth development. She actively supports students through mentoring and is equally committed to fostering these values in her own family life.
